Promoting and preserving the classic Pilates method, continuing to preserve the integrity of the technique, offering educational classes that allow customers to be satisfied makes me feel full.
Since I was a child, my family has always had a very special connection with this province. My parents adored Vejer de la Frontera, and for many years, I would come here whenever I could. Visiting Vejer was a dream come true. I admire its people for their natural charm, kindness, and warmth. Every corner of its historic center has a story to tell, and it is this richness that captivates me and makes me feel part of this wonderful town.
My love for sports began at home, where there was always an athletic atmosphere thanks to my mother. At the age of three, I started taking flamenco and classical ballet classes. During my childhood and adolescence, I practiced rhythmic gymnastics and swimming, activities that greatly enriched my life and guided me toward the path I passionately pursue today.
At 19, I entered the world of fitness as an instructor and personal trainer. I graduated in Physical Education, and over 20 years ago, I discovered the Pilates method, which I fell in love with. I decided to specialize in new trends and training related to spinal pathologies. My first training was at the American school Peak Pilates, where I confirmed my decision to fully dedicate myself to this method. Since then, I have attended numerous seminars, always seeking to learn more in order to share my knowledge of body movement in each of my classes.
After a long and enriching professional career, I decided to move to Vejer, the town of my dreams, and open my own Pilates studio. Here, I feel happy and deeply grateful for the warm welcome I have received from everyone. Every day, I strive to help my clients reach their goals and take care of their well-being, all in this wonderful place that has always given me so much.
